HBQ-806 automatic crimping machine is an innovative model developed independently by Hacint for the wire harness industry. It adopts a dual-wire processing mode on which two wires are fed separately by independent belts. Along with a dual sealing workstation makes the two wires inserted into seals simultaneously . The specially designed high-speed servo crimping unit can crimp two terminals quickly and continuously . Besides,the patented special swing arm structure allows the two wires for separate actions to ensure no quality risks. The innovative idea of dual-wire processing doubles the efficiency of the equipment and makes it highly scalable.
